Furthermore, you agree to be bound by the laws of the State of California in such instances.  The terms of this agreement require that any action be filed within one year of the purported injury(failure to do so will forever barr the action from being admitted regardless of any statute of limitations). All disputes arising or relating out of these Terms of use, website or activity related to it shall be brought before arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
